Notice is hereby given that the Town of Cottage Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin is seeking bids for repaving and seal coating projects for the 2025 season.

THE FOLLOWING PORTIONS OF THE 2025 REPAVING PROJECTS ARE LRIP PROJECTS:  Gaston Road, Buss Road, Kristy Road.

Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 16, 2025 in the office of the Town Clerk, located at 4058 County Road N, Cottage Grove, Wisconsin 53527.  Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 16, 2025, and awarded at the Town Board Meeting beginning at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, May 19, 2025.

The Town of Cottage Grove reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part(s) thereof, waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid proposal or portion of a bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
