Part Time Deputy Clerk needed to start July 5, 2022

The Town of Cottage Grove is seeking applicants for a part-time Deputy Clerk to start on July 5, 2022. Under the direction of the Clerk, the Deputy Clerk will perform general receptionist duties and office support functions, respond to customer inquiries and information requests, and other essential functions related to maintaining public records, preparation of agendas and minutes, conducting elections, and issuing permits and licenses. In the absence of the Clerk, the Deputy Clerk will serve as a backup for taking of meeting minutes, payroll and financial functions, and other special projects as assigned.  See complete advertisement and position description linked below.  Applications due by May 15, 2022.
