Notice of 2022 Assessor’s Open Book and Board of Review (Open and Adjourn Only)
Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. stats., the Town of Cottage Grove assessment roll for the year 2022 assessment will be open for examination on the 5th day of May, 2022, at the Town Hall, 4058 County Road N, Cottage Grove, WI from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at that time. Owners whose property assessments have changed since 2021 will receive a notice in the mail from Associated Appraisal Consultants soon. The Board of Review of the Town of Cottage Grove, Dane County, Wisconsin, will meet on Monday, May 16, 2022, at 7:00 P.M., at the Cottage Grove Town Hall, 4058 County Road N, Cottage Grove, WI for the purpose of calling the board of review into session during the 30-day period beginning on the 4th Monday of April, pursuant to s. 70.47 (1), Wis. stats. Because the 2022 assessment roll will not be complete at that time, it is anticipated that the board of review will be adjourned until Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 7:00 P.M.
