Please provide contact information with absentee ballot applications

It is great to see that voters are planning ahead and already requesting absentee ballots for the November 3rd General Election.  Even though the application form does not require it, we ask that you PLEASE SUPPLY CONTACT INFORMATION (phone number and/or email address) with your application.  You may think that we know how to get ahold of you, but with most people using cell phones, that isn’t always the case.  If we have questions about your application, or need to reach you regarding missing information on the ballot envelope when you return it, having a phone number or email address can mean the difference between reaching you in time for your vote to be counted or not.

As always, the easiest way to request an absentee ballot by mail is at http://myvote.wi.gov
