Board of Review is held once each year to give property owners an opportunity to contest the assessed value of their property. Pursuant to s. 70.47(1) Wis. stats., "The board of review shall meet annually at any time dring the 30-day period beginning on the 2nd Monday in May."
The 2017 board of review is scheduled for Wednesday, May 31, 2017 from 7:00 - 9:00 P.M. at the Town Hall
If you do decide to present your case to the board of review, please read the notice below as there are specific requirements that you must meet. An appointment is required, and can be made by calling the Clerk at 608-839-5021 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., or you may email her at firstname.lastname@example.org
