The Plan Commission makes recommendations to the Town Board on matters of land use and division. It is made up of 7 members appointed by the Town Board: 2 Town Board members and 5 citizens. Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall. If you would like to appear before the Plan Commission, please complete a Change of Land Use Application at least two weeks before the meeting. There is a fee of $250 for the Plan Commission to consider a zoning change or conditional use permit, $125 for land division by certified survey map.
