• On February 2, 2009, the Town Board directed the Clerk to draft revisions to Chapter 07 Fees and Bonds so that the ordinanance will continue to define the fees charged by the Town, but indicate that the actual fee amounts are to be set by resolution of the Town Board.  This will also involve revisions to several other ordinances, such that they refer to fees set by resolution of the Town Board rather than in Chapter 07.
